This includes providing you with service quotations and estimates and replying to service related queries via email or that you submit via the contact form on our website.
We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee the services we provide to you or for the purposes outlined on the form or page used to collect the information.

Your personal information is accessible only by our staff in the UK, used to manage your account with us, and provide you with the services you contract with us to supply to you.

We would like to use your name and email address to inform you of our services. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via email or by writing to us.
How long we keep your information
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years from the date you last entered into a financial transaction with us, after which time it will be destroyed.
Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

We will do all we can to make sure we hold your personal information in a secure way, and will only make them available to those who have a right to see them.
